Hershey is asking employees to sign a nine-page confidentiality and release agreement that would remove their rights to sue the company or talk about their experience.
Letting employees know that the company thinks there are grounds for a lawsuit.

Hershey knowingly makes their chocolate with spoiled products, this is intentional on their part.

The owners straight up admit that
their product tastes like puke as a result, and they mock their customers for eating it, they laugh at you for consuming what they refer to as "their shit" (stuff they'd make for your consumption, but would never eat themselves), and even paying them for the privilege of doing so.
