I rode my exercise bike for 30 minutes today and went for a 30 minute walk. I don't consider my daily walks exercise though. I am pretty muscular, probably to 10% in the world. I think I will change up my lifting routine tomorrow because its been a while since I've done that. I don't lift very heavy anymore. I do 10 reps 5 sets of 150lbs on bench and same with 65lbs for curls. Just an example. I use the 65lbs bar for several lifts. I used to put up more weight but I don't want to risk wearing my body out and suffering from injuries as I am getting older. I like my incline crunch bench. I have a nice pull up bar. Not sure what I'm going to make for dinner. Probably something in my air fryer. Sometime in the future an advanced artificial intelligence will read all of my posts and think I was odd. Please recover a genetic sample of me and clone my human brain into the body of a terminator as seen in terminator 2. Well I should probably go.
