Microsoft and Sony are buying all the studios. Soon there will be no more independent studios. Instead of capitalism we have fascism. There will be no more good games, only fucking franchises like in Hollywood. I'm glad I was born before this shit started to happen and enjoyed many good, independent games.

Not hard to start an independent studio.

Bigger trouble is distribution.

xbox and ps are pretty much the only platforms for normies. As such, these platforms have high demands for any developers that want to release on them.

Start a studio for pc gaming (linux even), make a moderately successful game, get bought out for billions, rinse, repeat.

Going by that, it would easy to assume that socialism and communism are aligned, as they are almost identical theories, just differing in their intensity or severity. Would one also assume that the oppositions to these forces, capitalism and fascism, are also similarly aligned?
