Well that new air fryer is way better as it turns out.
I was so excited about those sheets I bought last weekend so it was a little disappointing when they didn't fit right. Sooooooo I decided to buy some nice brand new flannel sheets today with traditional flannel patterns. I also bought a nice new light colored duvets cover. Everything has been washed and installed. Now I have a little something to look forward to tonight, some comfy new sheets.
Yesterday night I went and bought some coffee at the little mountain store. All they had was Folgers. Folgers Supreme roast or some shit. I thought it would be ass because usually Folgers is pure dog shit. Nope, its actually really good coffee to my surprise. Nothing like the original stuff. Its only 9 bucks for almost 2lbs! I will be buying this stuff from now on. I love having my expectations superseded.
Lets see, what else is going on... Well right now my dog is sleeping next to me on the sofa. Passed the f out. I am sitting in my dimly lit living room. I have the green back lights on my tv on which are casting a nice glow on the wall. My ceiling fan is twirling above me and my feet are up on my coffee table. I'm actually enjoying a cup of that coffee as we speak.
I bought a new office chair.
I like this sofa, its one of them with deep cushions.
Beats the hell outta the inane crap on Fakebook or Twatter. If the majority of people were not 'tards, they would flip both the forever birdie, and go back to Myspace...if they absolutely had to engage in idle conversation, like some desperate penpal addict.
Air fryer afficionado - do you add your own fat to the machine? It's like deep-frying but with less oil, right? I just rendered a bunch of lard yesterday and wonder if you can use it in an air fryer, but economically. Potatoes or brussel sprouts fried in lard sounds really good, but I wouldn't want to waste all my good fat on one dish.
Air fryers are just small convection ovens. They are truly great though. You wouldn't think they'd be much different from a standard oven but they are. Cook two identical items, one in oven and INE in air fryer, the air fryer dish will taste and look completely different
Thank you! That makes sense. The hotter temp caramelizes sugars and crisps things more than you would achieve in a standard home oven. I do love my roasted veggies and chicken wings (which are never the same as a restaurant no matter how many "hacks" you try).
