Back in my 'college' days we had a group of 5 guys who drank a lot of beer. It got so we could catch beers like this without even thinking about it. Of course, things would get a bit fucked up once we started getting inebriated. The best was when you would be sitting down, with an open hand right over your crotch, and a buddy would land a beer right in your hand. The impact of the beer was enough to make you close your hand around it as a reflex.

We'd have parties and people would always be amazed at how we could do this. We would point to the 30-gallon garbage cans in the corner of the living room and kitchen and reply, "It takes practice".
