When I would get sick in the past, I would make a big assed pot of chicken noodle soup from scratch with all kinds of vegetables and a whole chicken and such in it for the nutrients. I would smoke a bit of pot when possible to get the munchies and eat as much of the goodness I could. I’m consistently over the cold/flu faster than my friends and family…
