Literally every item in the store other than produce or meats have these oils in them. Even the organic foods.

[ - ] fightknightHERO [op] 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 14:51:28 ago (+2/-0)

(((Organic))) food owned by jewish companies isn't organic at all

the organic stuff i buy is from small farms with barely a brand attached to them
though i guess if i was american... to acquire non-GMO and non-processed goy chow would be a LOT harder...

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 17:10:57 ago (+0/-0)

Wait, you are not American?

[ - ] kes8 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 00:07:12 ago (+0/-0)

This is why my diet consists of red meat, raw milk, and eggs.

Soy Oil in the food to destroy your balls
Fluoride in the drinking water to destroy your brain
Faggotry, Feminism, race mixing propaganda in TV to destroy your morals
and Porn to Destroy your soul

when i say jews are our misfortune, i don't mean just the elite kikes
i mean the WHOLE EXISTENCE of kikes is detrimental to the entire fucking planet

does this look remotely fit for human consumption?

I mean, no, but neither do the processes in most food factories, dairy plants included.

I agree we're probably not adapted to consume such huge quantities of seed oil though.

[ - ] CHIRO 5 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 11:58:30 ago (+5/-0)

Polyunsaturated fats are god awful in high amounts. Shorter chain unsaturated fats like coconut oil are much better in terms of raw energy production. Seed oils are pure garbage. Producers have to introduce industrially synthesized vitamin E to these seed oils because they are so unstable. Think of that in terms of your fatty membranes.

But also, while I consider Ray Peat correct about the dangers of PUFA, the other 'half' of his dietary dogma is the total benefit of CO2 production, and he recommends very high carbohydrate diets. Peat gained some internet popularity late in the first decade of the 2000s. I corresponded with him through email for a few weeks. He deprioritized protein consumption, basically aligning with mainstream recommendations and perhaps slightly higher for active people. He endorsed eating lots of fruit and professed that he ate ice cream every night.

I watched a fitness personality (at the time) adopt Peat's dogma, and it was a roller coaster ride of cognitive dissonance and health decline. One of Peat's main metrics used as a proxy for CO2 production was testing your body temperature. I cannot remember the name of this fitness personality, but I watched the guy get fucking fat over the course of several months. He began losing his hair, his face bloated up like a blimp, and he looked generally bad. The entire time he kept acting like he'd discovered the health secret, reporting his body temp increases like these were the holy grail. All because Peat irresponsibly cherry picked chemistry research (I believe Peat was a chemist by trade) and theoretically extrapolated from that to application in the human body. I'm saying this for anyone that decides to look into the name, as it was mentioned in the tweet.

Yeah, that sounds retarded alright.

My current assumptions on diet are based on "do I think my ancestors ate this for more than a thousand years." If no it's probably not going to be something my body can handle easily. This isn't to say I never eat ice cream but I'm trying to trend more towards something a steppe herder would have eaten around 2000BC.

[ - ] mikenigger 2 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 09:53:09 ago (+2/-0)

i only consume Alpha-6 oils

[ - ] fightknightHERO [op] 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 09:58:03 ago (+1/-0)

re-read the chart again, having MORE omega 6 than omega 3 (due to processed crap like Palm Oil in your food) gives you a bigger risk of getting inflammation, cancer and other negative reactions to it

our ancestors didn't eat highly processed oils or avocados
they ate meat, milk and berries

[ - ] mikenigger 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 10:01:02 ago (+1/-0)

without Alpha-6 you'll never be a gigachad.

[ - ] Rebooted 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 10:51:35 ago (+0/-0)

Avocados are bad?

[ - ] fightknightHERO [op] 4 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 11:19:18 ago (+4/-0)

Avocados are healthy in a way that eating lettuce is healthy

the myth of "fruits and vegetables are the most important" is just that
a myth.

if you read Shawn Baker's pure carnivore diet you'd understand that humans evolved due to eating meat and through the consumption of mass produced grains we have been getting more sickly, weaker and generally more feminine because of shit diet

POC can't drink milk past 15 years old you racist.

I recently switched from olive oil to lard. it's amazing how much better things taste with lard.

[ - ] fightknightHERO [op] 3 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:13:40 ago (+3/-0)

Lard used to be the "go to" ingredient to fry stuff
but then the demonization of "fat" brought to you by the (((sugar industry))) has managed to sway retards (i.e weak minded fools and women) to switch to vegetable oils instead

remember McNiggers in the 60's had lard (from pigs) in the frying ingredients

somewhere in the late 90's they switched to Canola, i.e motor oil because it's (((healthier)))

[ - ] germ22 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:16:23 ago (+1/-0)

Someone here recommended lard, and after a little reading and watching videos about vegetable oil and lard the switch to lard made perfect sense. Still experimenting with baking with lard.

[ - ] fightknightHERO [op] 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:19:39 ago (+1/-0)

I've tried baking with Coconut oil and it has been a massive success
though you need to buy Organic Coconut oil and not the ultra proceeded crap if you want one without (((weird))) aftertaste to it (i get mine sourced from either Vietnam or Sri Lanka)

[ - ] SilentByAssociation 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 17:28:41 ago (+0/-0)

I'd be interested to hear about your experience with lard in baking.

[ - ] KangzNSheeit 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 19:38:29 ago (+0/-0)

McDonalds used beef tallow, not lard. It's animal fat like lard, but from cows, not pigs.

[ - ] kes8 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 00:02:55 ago (+0/-0)

You have it wrong. Tallow not lard is the go to ingredient. Lard has high pufa content in it, in fact pork in general should be avoided because of its high pufa.

Also McD used to use tallow not lard.

[ - ] dassar 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:39:26 ago (+0/-0)

Same here, around the time of the first lockdowns - 2 yrs ago. Grass fed butters/ pure lard/ quality grass fed meat etc.
So much better taste/ flavor - plus i now notice a marked difference between taste/ flavor/ texture of cheap meats/ chicken etc and the more expensive actual 'organic quality produce . Kicked consumption of almost all processed foods/ refined sugars/ grains/ breads/ fizzy/ sweets/ excessive diary and mucus forming foods - zero take aways / fast foods .
Plus plenty of clean fresh filtered water for the win ....

[ - ] germ22 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:42:43 ago (+1/-0)

I'm having a hard time cutting the sweets, but mostly home backed stuff now. I have been avoiding anything soy like the plague, and noticed i feel more energetic. And avoiding soy pretty much mean avoiding all processed foods and breads.

[ - ] dassar 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:53:15 ago (+1/-0)

Yes, it pretty much does.
Almost everything is terrible for continuous everyday consuming.
I find that ensuring i supplement accurately enough for my individual self and as well for the nutrient deficient foods, i have been able to rid myself of those previous sugar cravings. It's all a work in progress, but i noticed i lost like almost 15-18 kgs without any actual daily exercise (which i have now also began again -couple three months ago).
I know it's been said before but it's true that all this cheap Goy food -- is literally killing everyone and making us all sick ....
EDIT: I'll add, i found things like just having a couple of those little boxes of raisins and a couple of mandarins when i did feel like something sweet throughout the day helped me a lot.

[ - ] germ22 1 point 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 02:40:32 ago (+1/-0)

I don't have to worry about loosing weight, could stand to gain a few pounds if anything. Avoiding sugar seems a lot easier in the summer, now in these cold Canadian winter months sugar is pretty energy dense and much harder to stay away from.

[ - ] dassar 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 04:19:56 ago (+0/-0)

Ah yeah right. Colder months require slightly different food intake. Can see why the home baking looks good. Heck, make up some quality Fry breads in pure dripping - add some banana or berry fruits - boom no need for processed sugar.

[ - ] KangzNSheeit 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 19:41:32 ago (+0/-0)

It makes you wonder about Trump's threat to China to tariff soy. What if its affect is well known bit governments, and the US new China would have a hard time substituting it with anything else. I just remember wondering at the time why it was being made it to be such a strong arm tactic.

[ - ] kes8 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 00:10:00 ago (+0/-0)

Dairy isn't bad for you, it's actually really healthy but when they pasteurize it, it removes a lot of the nutrients and also destroys the enzymes which help to digest it.

[ - ] dassar 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 00:56:10 ago (+0/-0)

Yep sure, i don't disagree.
I'm just very selective in using a limited/ moderate amount of Dairy - partly in an effort to cleanse myself off from all the processed sugar added diary products --yogurts, ice cream, chocolate, flavoured milks etc of the past.
Pure cream with my one a day morning triple expresso ... is about it other than daily grass fed butter on low gi high fibre toast and then low gi high fibre lunch buns/ maybe some slice of swiss/ gouda cheese every second week or so with homemade angus beef burgers plus knobs butter in with baked potatoes and steamed veges, i'm sure there's more but that's bout it off my head.

[ - ] kes8 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 10:00:35 ago (+0/-0)

oh well yeah, so much sugar is added to these products when they already have more than enough sugar, but of course because they want their product to taste the best they add more.

[ - ] kes8 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 00:06:28 ago (+0/-0)

Olive oil is actually better than lard in terms of pufa if you are actually getting good olive oil. Not the shit laced with canola soy, or other seed oils. Tallow is the way to go instead. Pork in general should be avoided because of their high pufa content. It's no better than using seed oils essentially.

Had to look that one up wow everything is fake these days.. we should be eating more grass fed butter. The mental equivalent of this problem is probably iodine which your brain absolutely needs. Everyone in the country is severely deficient and the brain collects fluoride & aluminum instead, also lowers your IQ. Iodized salt is a joke not nearly enough for your endocrine system to produce the hormones it needs. Fluoride(hexafluorosilicic acid) is straight up POISON I have no idea how people allowed that shit to be added to the public water supply.

[ - ] dassar 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 17:17:24 ago (+0/-0)

Yep and a simple high dose Kelp supplement of natural sodium potassium/ iodine is essential as well as riding all the crap 'Refined/ iodised Table salt' brands other than moderate legit rock salt/ Himalayan etc. I go nuts on 'gourmet pepper' red/green/black/white ....

[ - ] TheGreatWhiteHope 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 10:40:28 ago (+1/-0)

Yup. I don't use vegetable oil or canola oil and try to avoid seed oils as much as possible. Wildly unhealthy. Also have you ever stopped to smell "vegetable" oil? Doesn't smell like they make it from any vegetable I'd want to eat.

[ - ] we_kill_creativity 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 13:26:39 ago (+1/-0)

I can taste the industrial oils at this point. Something like Kraft Ranch dressing? Almost unbearable to me. It would be to everyone else too, but we've all grown up with and are just used to it, so we don't know what real foods are supposed to taste like. To the point that one of the hard things about switching to real foods only is that some of them actually taste bad to our screwed up taste buds.

[ - ] kes8 0 points 2.2 yearsJan 29, 2022 00:11:23 ago (+0/-0)

Seed oils are basically bleached of smell because otherwise they would smell rancid

[ - ] Kozel 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 15:36:52 ago (+0/-0)

How big would a kid grow up if fed only real shit compared to the rest of the population?

[ - ] dassar 1 point 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 16:45:49 ago (+1/-0)

Simple. The Top end of his Genetic bell curve ... Same as with IQ - without all the negative environmental/ chemical/ industrial/ pharmaceutical retarding from birth you will be able to reach your actual assigned from birth limit of Genetic/ inherited IQ.

[ - ] Rebooted 0 points 2.3 yearsJan 28, 2022 10:49:54 ago (+0/-0)

Thanks for this.
