As to your overall point, you can break the brainwashing by getting fucking livid. Not simple, cheap anger. Not outbursts of being mad. Being livid. The kind of fury that eats at you until your body itself is sore. Rage at yourself, for never questioning it before. Rage at the world for daring to lie to you. Rage against “the dying of the light,” and promise yourself that you will never be fooled again.

For what it’s worth, I broke mine when my memory died. I lost everything—all my plans, my hopes, my dreams. I had to rebuilt, and I had to start with what I didn’t know. I damn sure didn’t know much anymore. That’s really the only way this sort of thing happens. Either the propaganda runs you into the brick wall of reality (such as a white guy living around nonwhites all happy-go-lucky until he’s mugged and raped by them), or something else happens in your life otherwise that tears you to pieces and forces you to reshape your reality.

As for what to learn in order to “undo” the propaganda… fucking hell. See, this sort of thing is exactly why I wrote my book. I tried to cover all the bases. It’s a “primer” into what’s truth and lie, who’s responsible, what the world is really like, and every single word is cited and sourced. I wanted a repository of information for people like you—and for those of us who’ve been broken out for any amount of time. A resource that ties everything together—“Oh, that’s why [x] group supports [y]!”—and shows the average person the real reason they’re so confused at the way the world works… and how it could be better.

Fat lot of good it does anyone since I can’t get it published, though, does it?

Anyway, there’s plenty of information here. It’s all piecemeal and threadbare, and it’s not collated in any way, but we’ll certainly help you understand as much as we can. I’m going to forget who you are and probably be angry and mean with you at some point in the future. I’ll preemptively apologize for that—memory loss, you see. I don’t mean it. I’m just trying to jealously (see; the word has been misused) guard what tiny scraps of existence are left to me.
