Pretty much. Plumbing always stays fixed. But, now I'm listing it, so I have a list of 4 years of backlogged projects that I need to get done. Tile, drywall, rubberized paint in basement. New drywall in the garage loft where the bait shop used to be. Sand and refinish the hardwood. Paint the whole damn thing. Gonna be a fun February.
