Overall, the only reason these things are online trying to change minds is because they want their degeneracy to be accepted. They know damn well that they're not normal. Bringing back the asylums is a fun theoretical discussion, obviously they were problematic but we have now had nearly 50 years of seeing the failure of the alternative. The mentally disabled end up in group homes but the insane predominantly remain homeless and causing trouble. I fear the the asylums permitted big pharma a research study group that has opened the door for the chemical lobotomizing of the general population and reopening asylums now would simply put the non-chemically sedated under big pharma's control.
