I don't suppose anyone remembers a TV show from the 80's called Hardcastle & McCormick? Guy had a McLaren M6GT in the show and pulled this same stunt.

Unfortunately the car on Hardcastle & McCormick wasn't a legit Mclaren M6GT. It was a kitcar using a M6GT style body and a Porsche 914 chassis that was modified for a tuned chevy 350ci V8.

I guess that was around a curve because how could the cop have not seen him go under the truck. That was pretty smooth and daring especially with that high dollar car. With driving skills like that, that cop should be ticketed for hassling him.

Probably covered by the truck that actually recorded this. Keep in mind, this recording came from what i assume to be another truck. Likely providing substantial cover. As a matter of fact, id be willing to say the car was originally going to use the camera truck to hide from, the other truck which it actually went under was there as a bonus.
