Women think of ten different things at once and can't sort any of them to decide which is most important so they often go through life on autopilot. To them this is an advantage and they call it 'multi-tasking' when in fact they do several things poorly and often leave them unfinished or can't concentrate to do one thing well.

This is an example of this. The woman had the gun but was thinking 'what kind of gun is this?', 'is it safe?', 'how do I look with this gun?', 'will this hurt me?' as well as a dozen other things so she didn't consider 'how do I shoot/aim this gun?' When it went off she was thinking of any number of things instead of being safe.
