There actually exist MANY empathic narcissists. They get off by making you feel pain and being the light in your world. Highly manipulative fucks, on the large scale.

The opposite of the narcissist is something along the line of the doomer. Somebody who shows no love for themselves or the world. The opposite of an empath is not defined. Usually, it's the goober that can never tell what you want by looking at your face and is never capable of reading the room. They're not necessarily harmful, just never able to understand what they did wrong.

The narcissists always network themselves together and triangulate their abuse so the targets have a harder time identifying their attackers. They never attack you head on. They attack you financially, morally, physically, professionally, reputation, relationships and legally with lawfare and false allegations.
