Same in Tampa Bay- they're draining every scrap of wet/lowlands and putting up "luxury townhomes starting in the $350s!". When I was a kid, my dad saw a panther on this his way to work since the area was so wooded. Now it's strip malls and apartments all the way to Tampa.

Nothing luxury about those homes. They're just bigger boxes with the studs spaced farther apart and MDF anywhere possible.

[ - ] NationalSocialism 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:32:48 ago (+0/-0)

Copy and paste communities. Prefabricated homes using shitty materials.

[ - ] Spaceman84 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:44:47 ago (+0/-0)

Not even prefab. They throw them up in record time. They sell faster than they can build them. Quality is not a factor. Whoever sells the most in the next year wins.

I don't know how they get away with it, honestly. The studs look like toothpicks. If a real hurricane ever went through here, half the buildings would collapse.

Especially considering how soft the lumber is these days. They're not building with oak anymore.

[ - ] 3Whuurs 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 22:54:08 ago (+0/-0)

EXACTLY!!!
I’ve been telling people this for 13 years, and they just don’t get it.
If I was a building code authority the first thing I’d do is ban MDF, then vinyl.
Wood, steel, stone and glass.

North of Tampa too. They're tearing down every last fucking tree in order to build miles upon miles of planned communities and strip malls with the same stores as the one .5 miles away, all for the New York trash flooding the area after they destroyed their state. They're getting ready to level a three mile tract of woods down the road just for this. And people in this country piss and moan about deforestation in South America. That shit is and has been happening right here at home.

Orlando is such a shithole these days, overrun with low IQ Puerto Ricans and yankee assholes working for the rat.

That sucks to hear.
Florida has some amazing countryside.
I would have loved to have lived in some of the places I passed through.

30 years ago they were saying the aquifer was low and in danger of salt water intrusion. Since then the population has doubled. They build condos on the beach on a patch of land that used to be a 7/11

I was forced out of my home when a farmer sold his lands to jew developers. The entire town was surrounded with his fields. In 3 years we went from some unknown holler town to downtown suburbia. They forced regulations on us town folk which forced us out. I told the people what would happen but they didn't listen. They thought jobs would come. There weren't any damned jobs, not for us at least.

That little pond I fished as a boy with my grandad was drained and paved over. The woods I knew like the back of my hand was ripped up and BURNED! They didn't even harvest the wood. An old growth Kentucky forest destroyed. The town didn't want to get together and do what needed to be done before they got done building. I wasn't going to do it alone. Almost makes me tear up, boys.

This really speaks to me.

So many new neighbors as the elderly owner next to me died & his kids sold all of the land which was immediately bought for a song and broken up, now, at least a dozen new buildings going up around me.

p.s. North of San Antonio.

I detect in your comment an element of nastiness. Please don't reply "good".

No.

re-reading your comment from another angle you could be praising my decisions. Thanks bro.

There are plenty of towns full of niggers living in $300k homes. It's going to be 07/08 all over again if Blackrock can't buy them fast enough.

[ - ] lord_nougat 1 point 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:27:33 ago (+1/-0)

It's hard to imagine that there are houses in this nation which are that insanely cheap somewhere... but it's probably in philly or detroit or whatever...

[ - ] Spaceman84 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:46:48 ago (+0/-0)

Hundreds (more like thousands) of suburban neighborhoods are being assembled in the shortest window possible. These are disposable homes, but the buyers don't know that. It's a joke. They'll be collapsing in 20 years.

[ - ] lord_nougat 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:48:52 ago (+0/-0)

I'm sure loads of them are on flood plains and stuff like that, where houses should never be.

[ - ] Spaceman84 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:51:21 ago (+0/-0)

Yes they are. I've seen houses built in the past few years get flooded by (relatively small) hurricanes since they've been built. Cohencidentally, nigger and spic domiciles.

Best thing protecting the northern states is the bitter winter cold. When the system collapses, and subsidies for food/heat/etc. go away, there are going to be a lot of nogsickles around. I plan on placing them along highways as a warning.

On the bright side, after the impending collapse, these places will be fertile grounds for scavenging and nigger hunting.

[ - ] chrimony 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 19:36:06 ago (+0/-0)

Every urban development started out as country. I would like to see wild areas preserved, but that means supporting something like Agenda 21.

That kind of sucks, but I guess such is the cost of growth.

[ - ] localsal 3 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 16:23:46 ago (+3/-0)

In my area, the developments went up, with the promise "the more people there are the cheaper things will get"

Costs for everything have only doubled - so I guess that's progress.

[ - ] lord_nougat 3 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 16:28:16 ago (+3/-0)

Similar shit here, and traffic / parking were already atrocious; now they're ATROCIOUSER!

...but our property values are steadily increasing: after 6 years our house is worth nearly double what we paid for it. Unfortunately, I think that tracks pretty evenly with the devaluation of the dollar.

[ - ] TheViciousMrPim 2 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 17:01:57 ago (+2/-0)

Thats the atrociousest

[ - ] localsal 1 point 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:08:55 ago (+1/-0)

My house is "valued" more too, but unless I sell I don't see any of that value.

And selling just means I am buying another more expensive house somewhere else.

And in the meantime, the local government taxes the shit out of that "higher value", which means I lose money every time they "value" my house.

I really do want a hard reset of this clown world.

[ - ] lord_nougat 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:14:05 ago (+0/-0)

Pretty sure shit needs to get considerably clowner before reset can happen, unfortunately.

And we figure we can sell this place and move somewhere that's not a shithole city. We should totally probably do that.

[ - ] jewsbadnews 2 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:22:05 ago (+2/-0)

You can’t escape anywhere now. You can go to a small town in the middle of Wyoming and there will be shitskin invaders.

[ - ] lord_nougat 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 18, 2022 18:25:16 ago (+0/-0)

Yeah, well...

We just need enough land to where we can welcome the refugees back into the earth. In minecraft.

[ - ] IfuckedYerMum 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 19, 2022 00:29:10 ago (+0/-0)

It's the cost of New Yorkers destroying their state and not realizing they are the problem, so they flee to other states and those places are destroyed in the process.
