I used to do design work on prefab engineered steel buildings. Never got into the sale pricing side too deep, but the engineering side was always tight on hours with the intent of maximizing use so that the cost of the building fab was minimal. Based on that I would conservatively estimate 25% profit.

my neighbor had a crew show up to build an aluminum carport. After they got there they told him they brought the wrong hardware to do the job and would have to come back. I told him if they got something that basic wrong the rest of the job would probably be shit. He cancelled them.

They are terrible with contracting work. Uninsured and rushed jobs. No quality whatsoever. The basic wage cuck White family who pays no attention to details will repeat the big kike lie that they are “hard workers”.

My dad hired a mestizo to paint some rooms in his house. The guy needed rides, wanted money a few times before the job was finished, missed/showed up very late days he was working for him and did an absolutely horrendous job. One coat, edging was uneven and it took him 4 times as long as if I did it. I can’t stand these lazy spic niggers.

Whenever I've had spics working on my properties it's been a nightmare. A crew took more than a year to put up drywall that should have taken two months. They also hammered through an outside wall into a unit. I swear to fuck they are retarded.

Not mine I wouldn't pay Mexicans to fuck up something I could fuck up myself for half the money. It is my customers barn and they took $5,000 off the top for this mistake. There must be alot of profit in these metal buildings.

Got on a Mexican the other day for tightening critical components with an impact instead of a torque wrench. Fucker got mouthy and he got close to getting ran off the job. Mexicans know how to work but they like to half ass things if you don't watch them closely.

A slab shouldn't underhang the building because water will run inside. Normally the sheeting will overhang the slab. That cut on the bottom looks awful.

Do you have any idea how fast shit is thrown together these days? Speed is the name of the game. They're all sold before they're even finished. The buyer doesn't care unless it falls apart in the first year.
