Did the same. Had a headhunter send me a bunch of resumes. I hand selected (threw out the obvious niggers, spics, sandniggers) those to be interviewed.

Only hired the White guy.

I have a decent track record in hiring women and "minorities"--Indian women (dot, not feather) for admin IT roles. I hired a nigger bitch once as part of a panel, so I really didn't have the complete say, and I let that cunt go in less than a month. Documented everything--and there was a lot--and even then HR didn't want to pull the trigger.

Hired a White guy from another area to replace her. Still here after 18 months.

Hired this White guy, there were two nogs in the mix because they presented well on the resumes, but I chose this guy almost immediately after talking with him.

I will never, ever, ever, hire someone not White again. And then, they can't be flaming liberal pieces of shit, either.

We sometimes use a temp agency. The two recent ones they sent were a sheboon and a buck. The sheboon was so retarded that the temp agency fired her and the buck never showed up. These things are so dumb. Nothing ruins something faster than niggers.

When I was a landlord I had a method for dealing with applications from non-whites. I called it the Bottom Of The Pile method. It's really quite simple, and very effective. If you'd like more information on this tried and true technique just ask.

My biggest issues were actually with Indians (feather not dot). I fell for their sob stories and 'glowing references' one time and that effort to be compassionate and do the right thing ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Not to mention getting unwanted attention from the govt. for having the temerity to try to have a native tenant evicted. Anyhow after that I got really good at being able to pick them out over the phone -- because they'd never drop the application off in person, gee I wonder why -- and then, as you say, for some unknown reason their calls somehow never got returned.

Sand niggers were generally okay because, in my experience at least, they really took care of the place. But my god the whining about every little thing, and always asking for upgrades, and then of course they'd cheat you blind if you dropped your guard even a little. It's a cultural thing.

We don't have many niggers in my city -- though that's changing -- and so I never had the opportunity to 'misplace' an application from one.

Whites, even couples that you'd take a look at and say White Trash, never screwed me over badly. I'd have to chase them for rent on occasion and there'd almost always be some degree of hassle when they moved out but they were angels in comparison.

Smartest thing I ever did was get out of the landlord business. You have my sympathies.
