“If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he has a moral obligation to do so.” — Thomas Jefferson

If the Supreme court rules in favor of vax mandates then they have betrayed their oath to the Constitution and should be overthrown.

People have been obeying racial integration laws without a drop of blood shed. Nothing will happen.

I'm not tallest however I share his view that comfortable well fed people rarely revolt

Doomerfags want you to overextend and end up in prison. Can’t have you figuring out how to unite within the confines of the law. It’ll take time, but I am a patient man with a plan for the long game.

The confines of the law is an elastic cage that takes any shape it needs to until those who deem themselves your masters see fit to release you.
Through the whole history of this nation people were taught that those who founded this nation didnt approve of such things.
Those who made the USA risked their lives to get here, genocided the natives in a race war, and risked their lives in another war with their previous authority figures just to get away from that kind of thing.

PS: I wont claim legal restraint is wholly bad. In this world its needed I think. But I stick with the quote on this one.

Just curious, what would be the alternative to "legal restraint".

[ - ] oldblo 1 point 3.3 yearsJan 13, 2022 21:54:55 ago (+1/-0)

Self restraint and a good nature / morals. Armed deterrence would ideally help too.
Semantics on what qualifies as legal aside communal policy might be viable.
Humans are mostly immature so methods that rely upon the maturity of others are not very viable.

And if your neighbor doesn't have "self restraint" or "morals"?

-Humans are mostly immature

You describe anarchy then, at least to me. Have I missed something? Just want to make sure I haven't misstated anything.

I was asked for the alternative to governmental control. With the current technological level of society of course its anarchy.
I quote "methods that rely upon the maturity of others are not very viable."
Anarchy isnt very viable with the humans that exist now. It would be good if we could at least reintroduce living honorably and honestly to society but that is likely a pipe dream.

I don't disagree with you there Brother. I, too, would like to see the same. We can agree on that.

My point is they did it intelligently. Doomerfags want you to fuck shit up without actually changing the status quo.

[ - ] HeyJames 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 13, 2022 16:02:10 ago (+0/-0)

don't want anyone to throw their lives away. It's just that I see people here daily complaining about what's going on in pop culture and social media instead of just not participating in it. That lack of self control doesn't lead to revolution

[ - ] Sturmgeschutz 0 points 3.3 yearsJan 13, 2022 21:24:58 ago (+0/-0)

Well, I like to think of it more like sentry duty. Sure, we can all fuck off and do our own thing apart from this shitty system, but it would be suicidal to not gather intelligence. I am NOT arguing that some here don't take it too far though.

My guy, the supreme court and the whole government is due for a totally non-violent change since at least the last election, when they secured the steal of said election and backed usurpers.

It's fun to quote mlk ape'ing this quote:

One has not only a legal, but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.

It's a fun starting point to get nigger lovers to listen to you, best with a picture so the retards know it's a nigger. Then you hit them with Malcom X quotes.

Now that we know how they voted you have to ask yourself 'why?'.

These people are all compromised so what is the gambit; what else is coming our way?

They sure as fuck didn't do this because they believe in the Constitution and limited government.

Couple this with the entire vax narrative rapidly breaking down and my spidey-sense is tingling all over my body.
