He has exposed the torture of Julian Assange by the UK government.

He has compiled thousands of victims testimonies about covert cyber torture using electronic means and directed energy weapons. Psychotronic weapons that the UN has classified as WMD's.

This comes at the same time as Russia has entered Kazakhstan and claimed that Maidan type technology weapons have been used to attack the people.

We know Kazakhstan is the center of the nwo and may well have the central database of the gangstalking victims in all NATO countries that have been targeted by the UN and their own governments.

Could Putin be hinting that he is about to expose what NATO and the UN have done. Torture, genocide and treason against all their member states? I think he just made that threat!

And now the man that reported this all to the human rights council is having his character attacked in an effort to discredit and remove him!!!

These counterinsurgency weapons and the attack on Dr Melzer have one thing in common. It's the known tactics of pedophiles!!!!

Looks like Putin can destroy NATO without firing a single shot. He just has to expose the torture and genocide they have run on all political dissidents in all NATO countries.

Just look up the term "counterinsurgency" on wikileaks and you will find all the manuals for all our countries.

The Canadian counterinsurgency Manual on section four describes how a viral pandemic would be used to isolate, torture and kill "reformers" and "traditionalists" since they have defined them as insurgents!

Could this also explain why the Kazakhstan intelligence cheif was just charged with high treason?

If these files ever got into the hands of the victims we really would be seeing mass sucides among our police forces as they are the ones that got paid to commit these crimes against humanity and treason.
