I don't know what the fuck was going on here, but this looks like bullshit to me. You don't need to cause someone that much suffering for talking some smack out of his car window. People jaw at each other all the time. This wasn't necessary. Either talk shit back or see if he wants to get out and scrap; filling his car with pepper spray is not reasonable escalation.

Again, I don't know what's happening exactly. I'm proceeding from what this looks like.
