I'd add a minimum of 20,000 milligrams(20 grams) of liposomal vitamin C taken throughout the day and extra Vitamin D. You also need about 1/4 of the ivermectin in the horse dewormers 2 days per week spread throughout the day for a 200 pound person. Not calling it a dewormer in a derogatory way. Meh, if there was actually a dangerous disease going around I’d probably risk those kind of side effects to immunise myself against infection. I’m not quite so keen to risk those side effects to not immunise myself against the sniffles though. And after two years of ignoring pretty much all restrictions, and even moving to a country with far fewer restrictions when avoiding them in my own country became tiresome, the fact I still haven’t managed to pick up this dose suggests it’s likely not something I need concern myself with. The reactions of the masses have been concerning though, and that is the only thing that has really worried me throughout this devastating pandemic of the sniffles.

Hey, I knew the science surrounding vaccines. I've taken vaccines like one for pneumonia and (IMO) gotten good results. I've never taken the vaccine for the flu because I knew it wasn't as effective as most vaccines - due to its being produced by forecasting which influenza varieties were going to be prevalent two years later - and at best wound up 60% effective and often much less so. And that the more people who took the vaccine, the more it'd select for flu variants that bypassed it.

So, when they first started issuing the covid vaccine, I went, "meh". It might help, it might not. I considered it, but there were shortages, and while I was eligible for it due to "comorbidities" I'd let other people go first. After all, they wanted it more, and that way I'd be able to see how it was going.

And then, I saw how it was going, and went, "nah".
