I think it's a measurement between lesser and greater goods. All else equal, it takes more spine than most people have to speak truth to power. This guy did that in fine fashion, and even got a little cruder than most would - but in this instance, I think we all appreciate it.

That said, it is a lesser good that in the end probably only serves to make us feel good, rather than accomplishing anything highly productive. His homeschooling his own children, on the other hand, is objectively a good thing. The more people that pull their children out of these indoctrination traps, the more pressure will be exerted on them - remember they get their little endowments of state level dough based on the number of students. Homeschooling, if done on a proper scale, could hurt them.

Still, homeschooling is not feasible for many parent duos, who must both work because of insane inflation with stagnant wages and tight competition. We wonder if we aren't being bolstered by a bit of idealism here, just feeling good at hearing something we agree with.

In the end, people who start doing this kind of thing are being investigated by the FBI. The system has you by the balls to support these propaganda engines. It's going to take much, much more than one angry dad to get any significant ball rolling. "Yeah we are a bunch of mad parents." (hootin' n hollerin' ensues) But they all leave peacefully, go home and get their city tax bill out of the mailbox.
