I dont know about the questioned product, but black pepper extract with turmeric does really good for fighting inflamation. The turmeric doesnt work without the black pepper extract. Just be careful with any meds you might b taking as the pepperine in the extract could possibly react with them in a bad way.

I'm doing "placebo" brand and let me tell you brother, it's some great shit. But seriously, best thing I ever did was go to a Physical therapist and follow the exercises and stretches.

Look into collagen and bone broth. The infowars bb is actually good.

How long have you been taking glucosamine? It takes up to a month to begin working. After 25+ years of construction, it was the only way I could go for an evening walk with the wife and dog. That stuff, and changing professions, fixed me right up. I also take curcumin, a really good brand, along with garlic and ginger, also high end brands.

I used Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth for joint and bone problems. It's not expensive. Also clears up acne and stops hair loss and hair graying. One teaspoon in orange juice twice a week will do it. Acts as a gentle laxative and even scrapes out your arteries. A natural power, tasteless and odorless. Here'sa a 2 year supply: https://www.amazon.com/DiatomaceousEarth-DE10-Organic-Diamateous-Powder/dp/B00025H2PY/ref=asc_df_B00025H2PY/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167140116641&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3939050492696498501&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9010322&hvtargid=pla-306572291713&psc=1

Haha are you that old? lmao

Anyway, if stiffness is your problem, you should look into glycine and gelatine. They will most likely help your joints. The cheapest way is to make your own broth.

If inflammation is your problem, there are many anti inflammatory things you can use. Someone has mentioned turmeric. I think ginger is good too. Green tea is supposed to help, as does aspirin. But don’t overdo anything. In fact, don’t take anything people on the internet tell you to, without researching properly.
