Peta-AI's have been scouring the recent recorded history of the internet to determine which memes effected the most people. They determine the cost to the corporate war barons. Once a corporo-nation (CN) owns an NFT they are allowed to disseminate it (and all versions / edits of it) to their workers. They all have separate nets, and use the dopamine to influence their employees. Each CN now uses very few employees to produce goods. They are the skilled laborers. The vast majority of a CN's employees are used in every facet of war. Physical and kinetic. Spies and counter-spies. Developmental sabotage. Satellite destruction and decryption.
