I don't think "20s" (deg F) is "frozen"

Most freezers are in the 10F to -10F or colder, and if you want a winter war, expect at least -10F for long stretches.

The test was done in the "cold" but not "frozen".

Anything past 0C (32F for the retards) water will freeze, so i'd consider them frozen. By the time he was firing them it was getting dark and i'd imaging the temp dropped to at least -10c (14F).
I would agree for real life application you'd want to test for about -25C (-13F) for long stretches.
Overall that was a decent test and a pretty fun vid.

Uh, the rifles froze, all of them, because the temps were below freezing. He also left them to freeze for a week. Did you even watch the video?

As if it even matters when what you're testing is the effect of frozen water on and in a rifle.
