Are swastikas ultimately a Germanic symbol?

If one is not of German descent, does it make sense to embrace all that the swastika represents? Or should Scottish, English, etc., find their own symbol? I know that the swastika has roots in Buddhism, too, but that's not for Europeans.

It's an Aryan symbol. If you are White then it's your symbol. No matter where you are born.

Fun fact: With the creation of chariot warfare the ancient Aryans of the Steppes brought law and order to Indus Valley. This is known as the "Aryan invasion" To this day the Wheel of Law is one of their religious symbols.
