Boiling oil + water = fuel maybe?

What do you guys think, I'm wondering if this is feasible for internal combustion.

Yeah, it's being done. See the solar collector arrays they have in the desert.

Light gets concentrated into a pipe filled with thermal oil.
The oil heats up to 300°+.
The oil moves through the pipe to a heat transfer pump which boils water.
The water boils and the steam drives a conventional steam turbine.

But it's not used as a fuel, nothing is consumed in the process.

What you do is, get the biggest pot you have, say 12 qt or better. Fill it to the top with your jewish ration of soybean oil, or your non kosher tub of lard. Heat that pot for 1488 minutes, or until it’s boiling. Then, holding your face right above the pot, pour a quart of cold water rapidly into the pot. Hold your face close for full effect.

No, you're not releasing any energy per se. You're using more energy to boil the oil tha you would get from steam formation. You need a fast exothermic reaction.
