Losing weight is easy and cheap. Cheaper than keeping weight on.

Eat less than 1000 calories a day and watch TV. You will lose the weight. No Exercise. No meetings. No supplements. No specific foods although it's easier to not be hungry if you stay away from sugar and carbs.

Avoid anything with soy. I went from 240 two summers ago, to 170-180 today. My overall exercise has increased, but not enough to have resulted in 60-70 pounds lost.
