submitted by PawpawMan to whatever 2.4 yearsDec 28, 2021 14:44:56 ago (+6/-0)     (whatever)

Can someone point to a good source that has the recommended dose for Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, and Quercetin. Seeing a lot of bullshit out there.

https://covid19criticalcare.com/

Good source of info. There is a searchable database of doctors following the tested treatment protocols you can reach out to.

If you aren't over 80 and morbidly obese you don't need to interfere with your body destroying the virus.

I have an underlying respiratory condition.

As do I. Probably still a non-issue if you aren't a fatty over 80.

Do what you need to.

NAC that's the golden ticket to clearing your chest up. The other stuff is well documented on the links above.

That’s way too much vitamin D, you guys are gonna end up having heart attacks

Also a side note, taking zinc regularly will deplete your copper levels, as it requires small amount of Cu to process Zn, so add a rich source to your diet, or a supplement if unable.

It does, strangely enough. One prevalent source of copper is tap water.

Parnell uprising is the correct answer.
As a side note get an antihistamine (allergy med) at first sign of being sick take recommended dose, then take another dose as recommended on bottle. I’ve had success twice in the last month with myself and another and it stopped cold symptoms dead.

My understanding is that 2000 iu is fine daily.and up to 4 is ok although I just do 2.I think 5000 as a profilaxis ie after what could be considered exposure and 10 for a few days of treatment wouldn’t be all that harmful.
I think if your not in a sunny area you’d likely be deficient to begin with.

Might not be dangerous for a FEW days, but many people are now taking it long term since 2020 as a “prophylactic”. If you are taking even 2000 every day, you have gotta have it with K2 and magnesium.

[ - ] MasterAce 1 point 2.4 yearsDec 29, 2021 11:25:31 ago (+1/-0)

You’re probably correct in terms of people now taking too much and taking it long term.
K2 was news to me did a quick search and thanks for the info.i do take a calmag so looks like a k2 will be added as well.
Thanks.

You are most welcome! I do my best everywhere to share the knowledge I have gained over the years regarding health. We are all always learning. However, I would really loathe to see one of my fellow voaters get a heart attack or stroke.

Good you are getting mag. Re calcium, many a people are against supplementing it, but many recommend it. After a long long time, I have come to the conclusion, we should try our best to get a lot of calcium from dietary sources like dairy, and avoid the supplement. I use Cronometer to track my calcium and other minerals.

Just take 2 or 3 times what the bottle recommends

Go to the FLCCC website and download their imask+ protocol. Also Dr John Campbell on youtube has some good recent videos on this.

I take the GNC Men's health multivitamins and I haven't gotten sick this year.

Vitamin d is most important.
10,000 IU.

That tens times recommended daily Allowance which was mathematically determined incorrectly when issued. There are no real side effects to vitamin d overconsumption.

You can get it for free by being naked in the sun a for about 15 minutes a day.

[ - ] PawpawMan [op] 0 points 2.4 yearsDec 28, 2021 23:06:47 ago (+0/-0)

What do you think space the dosage out over the day or all at once?

[ - ] GoatsAdvocate 0 points 2.4 yearsDec 28, 2021 19:12:41 ago (+0/-0)

Not much I can add, but There isn’t any max level in vitamin C, you’ll just piss it out.

D at least 5k/day I know someone who weekly takes 50k tablets from dr.

[ - ] Crackinjokes 0 points 2.4 yearsDec 28, 2021 21:21:42 ago (+0/-0)

I do 10,000 IU a day

Well, if you want to summon JFK Jr, you technically have to gargle bleach as well.
