And this may actually neutralize any hate-crime, since she was directing her speech at the offenders and not niggers in general. Not that the courts would care. Not that it would matter in real life. But it does negate an intent to victimize all niggers through a terroristic threat implicitly made during the commission of a crime, had she committed one. And she may have, if she refused to serve them.

I actually can understand why people feel this way. It shows a prejudice against black people and you cannot have that when you are a judge. She fucked up big time. How would you feel about a black person in this situation calling Someone white trash, honkey or cracker. You would not want that guy being a judge. I personally do not care that she use the word, I'm not offended but You guys have to be smart enough to understand why others would care.

That's an interesting thought.

However, everyone has biases. Everyone. And as a judge, there is a thought process (however fallible) that seems to say that while a judge can be personally biased, once they enter the chambers and courtroom, they are only interested in the law.

Using the judgeship as a means to promote personal agendas is what never should never be tolerated. (RBG was a good example, may she rot in hell)

Edit to add: And it's also funny to me that the most vocal people for exposing these flaws are the ones that look up to "celebrities" - whose only achievement in life is to be able to create and separate different personalities depending on who writes the check... These people could do with a healthy dose of self-reflection.
