I actually can understand why people feel this way. It shows a prejudice against black people and you cannot have that when you are a judge. She fucked up big time. That's an interesting thought.

However, everyone has biases. Everyone. And as a judge, there is a thought process (however fallible) that seems to say that while a judge can be personally biased, once they enter the chambers and courtroom, they are only interested in the law.

Using the judgeship as a means to promote personal agendas is what never should never be tolerated. (RBG was a good example, may she rot in hell)

Edit to add: And it's also funny to me that the most vocal people for exposing these flaws are the ones that look up to "celebrities" - whose only achievement in life is to be able to create and separate different personalities depending on who writes the check... These people could do with a healthy dose of self-reflection.
