Doesn't matter if it's fast food or a restaurant. I rarely make changes to how an entree comes yet 95% of the time something is wrong with the order. It's gotten a lot worse since covid and the jabs. People don't give a fuck anymore. And when you complain they call you karen. And when the managers try to get their employees to give a fuck, employee goes to reddit/r/antiwork and posts shit about manager. Rinse and repeat to idiocracy.

You can ONLY go to small locally owned places. There are about 5 places I eat in and all of them you've never heard of unless you live here. I know the staff by name. I don't have this issue.

If it is a chain of any sort it's a crap shoot.

During the first days of the coof, I ordered from those grocery delivery companies a total of 3 times. All three, they fucked it up so bad that I had to go to the shop, anyways. Replaced items no even close to what I wanted, bad produce, missing items, wrong quantities, etc. By then, no one was dropping dead around me so I just started going there again myself. Fucking morons can't even fill a basic order.

By it's very nature having a grocery store pick out your food is the opposite of what you want. They need to get rid of the old produce and stock, damaged boxes, etc. while you would pick out the newest, freshest, best package they had if in person.

The grocery store employees do the picking for "curbside pickup" and the driver just delivers. Right away, there is no accountability for missing, damaged things because each of them can just blame it on the other guy.

I tried it because of issues with health and family members and needed an extra hand, greeted the person to help them unload, met with weed stench car and missing items, never again

Why not just cook your own food and pack to go food when you leave the house? It won't take longer than sitting in a fast food line to slice some salami cheese and nuts and put it into a container.

Just stop eating out, 99% of fast food is trash and now 75% of restaurants don't provide an adequate service, by price point, food quality, or even basic hospitality.

I went to buy some brake line yesterday. I asked the clerk if they had any. She snorted saying "oh yeah, we got a bunch." I ask for some. 3/16", nickel-copper. Now I'm waiting for her to ask me how much I need.
She then asks for a model year.

Brake lines are damn near universal. There are 2 sizes. I'm customizing a vehicle and don't need factory specs: I need 3/16" nickel-copper brake line.

I tell her "every year". She says it's easier to look up parts by model year.

So I told her I'll just buy it online. And so I did.

The robots aren't going to have to work to hard to control most of these retards.
