No. The oil is stationary and is only there as an insulator/cooling system. Nothing moves the oil. Those coils you see on top are simply ceramic insulation surrounding the electrical connection. Not really that crucial to the system. Those “boxes” are most likely the coils of wire that makes the heart of the transformer. That’s the part you would see popping like fireworks if the unit overheats and the safeties all fail. The center part between the rows of boxes is probably the iron core, something you won’t need to bother with. The coils of wire in the boxes is the main target.
