I'm torn between thinking this was a deliberate ruse to popularize support for removing Biden due to mental inability, or that this just happened organically. Between Hillary supposedly meeting with Kamala recently, and how tightly Biden's public image is controlled by his handlers, part of me thinks they wouldn't be stupid enough to put him on the phone with random live callers.
