It was fucked up. I went over to Pole and tried to make it work but got treated like dirt and deleted my subs/content/comments. AOU then claimed that I "rage quit". I remember asking this same question in the final days of old Voat and not getting a great answer. Does kape do Private Internet Access? If so, that's interesting because I came accross a post from Putt yesterday that was odd, because it was one of the rare "non-announcement" posts he made. They apparently ran an ad on old voat then put something in the New York Times that was, at best, merely edgy, but not post worthy in my mind and definitely not sticky worthy.

So...looking back, I just find that post odd and if PIA is related to Kape (even if only by Mossad type connections) I find it even odder.

There was speculation in a few different places that Trump was "in on it" and was going to find a way to officially lose the election while making it obvious to his supporters that he actually won the election. This would allegedly cause "domestic terrorism" (Q-tards chimping out) in a few different locations and allow the new pres Biden to put The Boot more firmly on the necks of actual patriots. Also, any website that was in any way associated with White Nationalism would have a flashlight up its ass and all connecting IPs doxxed by court order for possible connections to the violence. That part worked, but the Qoomers capacity for violence was overestimated. It was supposedly thought that the "3%rs", Proud Boys, and other militiae would cause a ruckus in many cities across the nation, or at least in DC do more than trespass and walk around. Putt clearly lost interest in running the site over the years. Months would go by without a post from him. He even said he only brought the site back up from one of it's frequent outages when one of his helpers emailed him. The money was his final excuse to cut ties and move on. And one of his last comments on the site was that he had a love/hate relationship with Voat.
