Probably what ALL lobsters THINK is happening during this time in their lives. Getting promoted on the way to becoming HUMAN or something better than a lobster. they have more cholesterol than ANY other food item. I have NEVER tasted one. Never will. But I DO like shrimp. AND crab. Go figure. Size? Look? Expense? I dunno what it is. Just don't want to.

Have you had really fresh shrimp, right off the boat or actually aboard the boat at the time? They taste pretty similar to lobster at that point.

I prefer a nice big shrimp even a freshly frozen one over lobster. Lobster has weird ammonia flavor to me. It's pretty good when drenched in butter I guess but still I've never went to a restaurant and been happy I got lobster.

Lobster is overrated. It's not terrible, but give me a one of those giant spider crab things any day. Speaking of cholesterol it is also usually dipped in butter.

Ive had pet chickens. Not really worth it to eat them, but when a raccoon guts them it's funny how you arnt disturbed because you're so used to looking at mutilated chicken. RIP Copper
