According to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the group Patriot Front has been active in the area before. Members of the group were seen in March 2020 handing out leaflets on campus with phrases like "One nation against invasion" and "America is not for sale," according to the ADL.
Police are offering a $5,000 reward for information about the man. Anyone with information can contact Framingham State University police at (508) 626-4911.
