I'm not as knowledgeable about bluegrass and country as I should be, but I can hear how it sounds. There's some crossover, but overall I'd say it's bluegrass. The chord progression is blues, but the instrumentation and the vocal harmonies are pretty bluegrass.

You're welcome. My judgement says if there's that progression and no drums it's bluegrass. Add drums and it's country music. That's my opinion, of course so take it for what it's worth.
