I will always support the right to free speech, because it lets me know who my enemies and allies are.
The other rights, however, are another thing...
Simply put, we should become very selective with who we give rights, freedoms, and legal protection/accountability to.
I think that the law should be minimalistic, and it should only apply to those who meet all of a strict set of criteria of living status, sex, species, race, and possibly sexual orientation, namely, these requirements for personhood are that they must be alive, male, human, White (and possibly yellow), and heterosexual.
All other things will fall outside the laws, both in being protected by it and in being accountable to it, they will all have the exact same legal status of nonliving nonsentient nonanimate objects, and will be seen as such for all practical purposes by the government, meaning they will have no inherent rights or freedoms of their own, instead, the only official consideration they would ever be given by the state is in the capacity of being the property of those who do meet the criteria for personhood (all things fall into two categories, persons and unpersons, which is anything that is not a person), bring owned by a person gives them the benefit of having some protections under their owner's property rights, though they'd have no protection from anything their owner gives his informed consent to, as a bit of a necessary counterbalance, the owner becomes legally responsible for the a turns of his property, since the property does not have protections under the law, they also do not have accountability under the law, either.
The state would also be minimalistic as well, only enforcing the laws, defending the nation, and claiming more territory in land grabs to expand the nation's reach, the goal being world domination and global subjugation.
