Depending on the prosecutor, the shooter may be charged. It didn't look as if any lives were in danger from the strong arm robbery. OTOH, in some jurisdictions it's legal to shoot to stop a violent felony.

I prefer "provocative". There are jurisdictions where this video would be used as proof that it was only a strong arm robbery, no lives were threatened, and the shooter was unjustified. Instead of talking shit about me, propose a solution for sending people who reason this way into a flaming pit. We really need to get busy with this.
