Have you noticed how the rise of drag queens (a minstrel show caricature of a woman) has gone hand in hand with the repression of 'vanilla' representations of female sexuality, sexiness and general energy?

The drag queens are being used to provide the example of what feminine is, as it's now the closest thing to female sexy expression.

In almost all other forms it's represented either, funny, embarrassing, somehow queer or confused or ugly (embarrassment again)...

When was the last time you saw an attractive woman turn up in a media space with the attitude of "I'm here, I'm looking good and I'm glorious!"

Drag queens are men (usually gay) who dress up as women with extreme over the top elements of femininity for shits, giggles and entertainment. (For a show / performance)

But by twisting it into this 'lifestyle' and removing genuine adult (not porn) female role models and examples the female experience is distilled into the physical only...

Dresses, tits, bums, hair, make up etc. Actual femininity or sexiness (the kind you can't buy) is scrubbed, leaving women insecure and thus buying more shit.
