I'm not disputing any of that (nor have I looked into enough) but the charges were still filed against Peterson. (Even if charges were faked, it still sets an example) Even though under your example, the SC says he didnt have any duty, charges were still filed.

Ok, perhaps I went too far saying they'll win (all the time) but it's still not something they want to deal with. Or the case about Anthony Sowell...the city was sued by a bunch of families because of police inaction.

And lawfirms don't care what the SC said, they'll continue to litigate.

Parkland being a hoax goes way beyond what I'm talking about.

Whether it was a hoax or not, it serves as an example to those hired to protect a community.

I'm not denying the larger picture is this matrix....my only point was, inside this matrix are a lot of kikes who enjoy sueing. And situations arise that give cops second thoughts...
