I only see about 5% with a muzzle and that has risen from about 1%. Edit: another comment reminded me that some stores require their employees to wear them. I was not including them.

In the Bay Area it's about 30% not wearing masks, but they are still cucked enough to apologize to me for not...I tell them I trust my mask to protect me, and don't give a crap about what they're doing.
