If you stop to help someone over there and they die you can be charged with their murder. If you bring them to hospital you can be landed with the bill.

Also, if you run someone over and they survive you (or your estate if you get executed) have to pay their bills. If they die it's cheaper. That's why the guy who knocked the kid over drove slowly over him with his back wheels: It was to seal the deal.

I doubt it was written with that goal in mind, it's just that communist societies are built of unintended consequences.

China in particular is very very big on always closing cases and always tying them up with a neat little narrative. If someone got run over and the driver got away with it then that's a big problem for everyone, so they pick the guy who drove the victim to hospital and get a bunch of experts to testify that the victim wasn't really that badly injured (despite being practically sawn in half by a truck) but they died because the good samaritan picked them up wrong.

The hospital fees thing is probably similar: Hospital needs to tidy up their accounts and pin the bill on someone, so they pick whoever brought the casualty in.

Seems only the lady at the end showed genuine concern. However that may only be due to her being possibly the kid's mother. It took 6 minutes for someone to move the child out of the way, 2 more minutes for someone to show up and possibly help the kid. Just what the fuck is wrong with these chinkoids?

No matter our differences with any race or culture there is an unwritten code of ethics that the civilized world adheres to...YOU BREECHED IT. Niggers, spics, chinks, gooks and even kikes, as much as we mock and ridicule some and thoroughly despise another, it does not advance the moral image that we emphatically stress upon everyone else by finding entertainment in the gruesome slaughter of an infant of any cultural group.
Children lack the understanding of the mind's connection to the hands, they know nothing. This is bad taste.

Some may view it as entertainment - you seem to imply that.
Others view it as an empirical truth for how different Nations and Cultures act under a universal circumstance.
Reality is not always pretty nor does it have a happy ending. For some of us viewing these things it brings into perspective how fragile ones life really is and is a reminder to appreciate your family and loved ones while also emphasizing that others don't really give a flying fck ....

I don't personally find it entertaining, at all. I think it is pretty disgusting, and when I realized that the kid was still alive and conscious the whole time, and most likely screaming and begging for help, it was 10% heartbreaking and 90% infuriating. It happened, though. Nobody cared. That's why we call them chink insectoids, and bug people. Regardless of any financial law, if I or any White person I have ever met saw that kid, they would do anything in their power to help. The truth of a harsh reality needs to be seen and heard, no matter how unpleasant.

Remember in the driver's manual where it said "be sure to flash your brights before running over a body in the street?" I'm sure my local driver's rule book covers this in the 99 languages it is translated into.
