Seems like the normies are finally (quietly) rejecting the vax. Half of people being called for their booster shot aren't showing up according to the HSE.

I take that to mean there was a scheduled appointment made on their behalf, unsolicited.
Someone suggested that this would be an excellent way to selectively cull a target portion of the population by guaranteeing only those designated for extermination would be the ones receiving the actual death jab, and they're not wrong.

I think so yes. It's something like you sign up for vaccinations then the HSE ping you every time you're due.
