I can't vote on comments

I can vote on posts as normal but when I try to vote on comments the page refreshes but the vote count on the comment doesn't change and the up and down vote buttons are still grey not blue.

You need to let the page fully load. They are slow for some reason. Watch the loading bar or wait until you see the icon change to the reload button.

Ok that might be the crux of it. The load bar is still going after the page appears to have loaded and also the page loading seem to still be happening for a little while after the loading bar has finished.

So if I wait until it is completely loaded (a moment after the bar has finished) I can vote. The (0 points) will change but the (+0/-1) won't change until I refresh. Also as you can see below the previous vote arrow stays lit until the refresh.

It should change without refreshing if the page is fully loaded.

It will change (after a moment) without refreshing for posts but not for comments.
