Alternatives to porn?

I have stopped watching porn. Even if I try to look at it, I will get simultaneously aroused but also disgusted because I know it is jewed. Here is the dilemma, I still like to masturbate (I am married, but I like to do both). And I like to appreciate women's bodies while I do it.

Sometimes I see someone in the wild who I can keep in the spank bank, but most of the time I am disgusted by the people who walk around masked, jabbed, or so degenrate that they do not do anything for me either.

I am only doing this once a week or every two weeks. I am not addicted to porn or jerking it, but I do miss the visual aspect of it.

Nah, that is how I got into porn when I was like 10. Now I have lived previously in Japan and speak fluent Japanese. I assume the Japanese porn at a young age influenced me that way.

alternatively if it's purely a physical impulse i recommend you get some Saint John's Wort extract (preferably in Liquid capsules because the raw liquid extract tastes really fucking bad)
