They're all afraid of getting involved. It's very easy to be accused by the police of something, even if you're not involved. If I were that driver, I'd have sped away too. You never get police involved because guilty or not, you go to a prison and wait until you get enough money together to bribe your way out. There's no up side for anyone to help the man, who in their estimation, probably brought it on himself.

Well i'm conflicted because it's usually imperative to check behind when crossing into another lane or an intersection .... but in this case i might just let it pass.
