These are Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs). They oxidize very easily and cause an insane amount of inflammation. They're a big cause of many modern health issues. Avoid it as much as possible. Mono-unsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) are sort of "neutral." They oxidize, but not as easily. Saturated Fatty Acids are great for you. They're difficult to oxidized. Animal fats are the best source of sat-fats and the reason why the kikes push low fat foods like skim milk, or trash like margarine over butter (especially grass fed).

Then why are kikes so big into selling pizza?

Are they? Not where I come from.

I think there are good arguments against seed oils, but complaining about "factories" and "heat" and "chemicals" is retarded. Chemistry doesn't care whether it happens in a kitchen or a factory, the result is the same.

I also challenge the narrator to put sunflower oil in his car and see how far he gets.

Sounds like a video idea for Project Farm. Maybe he has done it already, i do remember him using bacon grease as engine oil.
Edit: Looks like he did it already. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbPxLm21gek

Put meat on the dipstick and cook it up.

But I wonder how many miles it would get before sludging or buerning off and seizing.

As lubricant or fuel? I've heard of vehicles modified to run off vegetable oil.

[ - ] Broc_Liath 2 points 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 23:58:29 ago (+2/-0)

I thought they were implying lubricant because of the graphic where it looked like they were changing engine oil onto that salad. Good point though, he might have meant biodiesel.

ALL VEGETABLE OIL IS BAD

No. Again they make these sweeping statements. No one should believe these assholes. In five minutes theyll be saying YOU WILL DIE IF YOU DON”T EAT VEGETABLE OIL

They use a magic eight ball to decide this shit. 20 years ago it was : Carbs are better than fat, never touch salt, eat many small meals, cholesterol is poison

Now its: starve yourself for 2 or 3 days in a row, eat as much salt as you want, live off the fat and grizzle of a cow exclusively. Im fucking exhausted by these assholes.

[ - ] AnmanIndustries 3 points 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 18:46:48 ago (+3/-0)

Some people have noted that you shouldn't put vegetable oils in your car. But they do not know the history of most vegetable oils. The concept of many seed oils being originally developed for industrial applications and in some cases, such as canola oil, initially toxic for humans to consume.

[ - ] patchCodeUnsuccessful 3 points 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 16:47:39 ago (+3/-0)

Well I agree with the premise of most of this.
"Vegetable oils belong in engines, not in your food."
Fast way to destroy you car.

Besides that, yeah, oxidative oils will fuck you up in the long run. You can slightly counter act them with melatonin and magnesium, but it's just best to avoid when you can.

[ - ] Broc_Liath 4 points 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 17:32:05 ago (+4/-0)

The whole thing is shitty scare quotes that shouldn't fool anyone who passed a science class. Not saying they're wrong but the video is shit.

I'm curious to what they suggest we should use in replacement of these oils

[ - ] Broc_Liath 5 points 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 20:06:51 ago (+5/-0)

Well, presumably olive oil and animal fats.

Not exactly sure if this is what they meant, but coconut oil, olive oil, and avocado oil all seem to get the job done.

Olive oil
i've actually tried it, shit smokes quite terribly but if done right it tastes good

[ - ] PhimoticEmbrace 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 23:23:33 ago (+1/-0)

I semi-deep fry breaded chicken in olive oil and it doesn't smoke. Are you using too much heat or too little oil?

[ - ] fightknightHERO 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 23:49:11 ago (+1/-0)

Too much heat i suppose
i drop an entire fucking bottle (750ML) for frying

[ - ] PhimoticEmbrace 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 7, 2021 01:18:06 ago (+1/-0)

Yeah, just try lower heat. I reuse the oil too, just sieve out the bits.

[ - ] observation1 0 points 3.4 yearsDec 7, 2021 10:01:28 ago (+0/-0)

Olive oil smokes like a mofo on a pan. Very low heat needed

why is it that "vegetable oil" always seem to exclude Olive oil?

often in this video they correct themselves "vegetable oil ...seed oils"

[ - ] mikenigger 2 points 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 18:24:57 ago (+2/-0)

olive oil is cold-pressed

So in Belgium they love french fries and only fry them in rendered beef fat. I've been switching over to only use fat for cooking oil. I'm not sure if coconut oil is still ok. It might be. Clarified butter could be the way to go as well but a little expensive. Once clarified it can do the high heat of deep frying and not smoke up.

[ - ] dassar 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 23:37:29 ago (+1/-0)

One of the few tictoks i have ever seen that wasn't pure degenerate nigger filth, race mixing cuckory or delusional liberal shite ...

[ - ] fightknightHERO 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 20:57:42 ago (+1/-0)

I've been eating motor oil products for god knows how long...
i always suspected this shit was unfit for human consumption and today i'm vindicated

hard to believe how most resturants use this nasty goy oil instead of something moderately cheap and readily available like Olive Oil

it's strange, when i was in Rodos (Greece) i went to a nice looking restaurant with swords on the walls
the oil they used for the french fries was actually OLIVE oil and not motor oil and the taste was heaven and earth of a difference
they also pre-seasoned the fries with rosemary which i quite liked

i really wonder why people don't use olive oil for frying stuff
yes it got a very low smoke point, but that just means they can't re-use the oil again and again like they do with Soy and Sunflower oil...

[ - ] Suno 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 21:12:27 ago (+1/-0)

once any oil hits its smoke point the taste degrades and it starts to form toxic compounds which aren't healthy for you. olive oil imparts too strong of a flavor for most dishes. your flavoring should be coming from aromatics, the maillard reaction, or seasoning, not your oil. olive oil and other strong flavored oils are really best used as finisher in low or no heat methods such as a drab of oil on a dish after its been removed from the heat or salad dressings or bread dip.

I was a fan of grapeseed oil because of a. high smoke point and b. neutral flavor. after watching this I may have to find something else.

[ - ] fightknightHERO 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 21:18:48 ago (+1/-0)

Oh yes... i've actually used grapeseed
it's flavor is very neutral so you can use both for salads and for frying/baking

though personally if you want baking, use Coconut oil
that shit is good
for salads, i use products based on Avocado oil (Primal Kitchen)

finally, for stir frying, always olive oil.

[ - ] mattsixteen24 1 point 3.4 yearsDec 6, 2021 20:52:51 ago (+1/-0)*

If the oil is clear or clearish yellow when it's supposed to be the color of what it came from (for example avocado oil should be green) then it's been highly processed. The so called "neutral oils" for cooking are this way. They process them heavily in order to give the oil a higher smoking point. Many oils that are demonized are actually healthy for you like palm oil. Palm oil is demonized because of tree huggers.

It's not the vegetable oil that is bad for you, but the way it's used to cook the food. If the oil reaches a certain temperature then it can be bad (carcinogenic).

[ - ] drhitler 0 points 3.4 yearsDec 7, 2021 09:04:56 ago (+0/-0)

so what oil should i use?
