We're not powerless. He isn't, he knows exactly who did this. But to punish them would open him up to punishment as well, and deep inside his mind he's made a deal already that he doesn't want to do anything extreme that MAY TAKE AWAY ALL OF THE LIFES COMFORTS HE CURRENTLY ENJOYS.

Thats one of the main issues today in developed countries like America. People have enough "stuff" that they've worked for, worked HARD for, so if something comes up where they can choose to sacrifice that lifestyle... they typically don't do so.
Look a 100 years ago and even less, father's would have gone to their children's schools and beaten up the teachers and principles who tried to teach their kids about trannys and gays. They considered it acceptable. Now? Stakes are also higher, majority of prisons are unsafe for whites or middle class people.

Doctors are hard to find in hospitals. They hide out in special rooms and pop out only to give orders to nurses or check up on patients briefly.

Correct, the politicians, the "healthcare" workers, and the police that back all of them up are living by the sword. To live by the sword literally means to live off the work of others using violence or the threat of violence.

However, if someone uses violence against them for their actions, it would not be living by the sword. As you are not using violence to be a parasite, you are instead using violence to destroy the parasites.
