But, I've been thinking about these "woke stories". It might be interesting to set up a series like this. The way to make it work is to understand the "Hero's Journey".
The Hero always starts the journey as weak and inexperienced.
Mid way thorough the Hero's Jouney, the Hero/Team gets completely broken by whatever bad thing they are fighting against, and they have to retreat and re-evaluate their weaknesses.
And thus the Hero is reforged as based and red-pilled, because that is what works.
