The tough part is DEFENDING the NUMBER of SHOTS you took in court I think. JUSTIFYING each one, as if you thought and thought about it (or SHOULD have) at the TIME of the incident. Because (They will say) EVERYBODY (who isn't evil) does this. I gave up using the Nword. Seemed to please my surveillance crowd. IMAGINE having to defend USING the Nword in COURT while making you case on WHY you hate black people and NOT trying to look like an insane wack job. OH and the SUPREME COURT has weighed in on racially charged vocabulary as inciteful I think. Even though I disagree, I HATE to lose "my" case on such grounds (what a jury would FOCUS on).
